I have spent over 30 years as a teacher, trainer, facilitator, manager, consultant and mentor. I have worked with front line workers, managers, leaders, and teachers in the fields of education, social care and leadership. I have worked in the voluntary, statutory sectors and private sectors.
I am a freelance business owner and currently spend my time as a Leadership Development Coach, an Action Learning Set Facilitator, an advocate of racial justice through my work with Integrity Coaching and working in partnership with phenomenal organisations who are making a difference in the world.
The golden thread throughout my work is that I am passionate about supporting people to make the choice to be their best selves. I think I might be best described as an enabler who supports people to take the bold steps necessary to lead the lives they were born to lead.

What makes my soul sing
Did I say I am passionate about people? Well I am also passionate about travelling. When I can combine the two things – that is my idea of heaven (especially if I have a good book as my travel companion). In March 2019 I was privileged to be a part of a group of International volunteer coaches who went to provide coaching sessions in Cambodia with SHE (Support Her Enterprise) Investments. An amazing social enterprise that supports local women with micro, small and growing businesses to scale, creating social and economic impact for communities. More here...
I am an experienced life traveller with a heart for learning and growth. I recognise that the journey of life indeed has its hills and valleys and I try to be courageous as I move forward… and often I fail. Then I get up and continue trying to be courageous.
